Then, we made the outline of the smurfs in white. As you can see we started with the background. We saw a lot of happy smiles in the room during the entire experience. Muse Paintbar was filled with kids and adults all painting the Smurfs and the end result was fantastic by all.
Priscilla was the main instructor for this event and Kat was nearby if anyone needed help. I was so impressed by the instruction given by artists Priscilla and Kat the day of the event. But, my five year-old loved every minute of it and can not wait to go back. My kids love the smurfs and even though both kids wanted to paint I felt that my little one who is three years old a was not ready to sit at a canvas for 2 hours. When we saw that they had a Smurfs painting we knew we had to be part of this event. Your little artists will be so proud of what they have created and you will have so much fun, too. The Family Day experience is something we highly recommend. My daughter and I love art and we had the best mother/ daughter date at Muse Paint Bar in Port Jefferson! As always, the atmosphere was great and the instruction was on point as we completed our paintings and love how they turned out.
